The steel works and steel frame structure is of our most expertise field. Since his childhood, Kinzou Sugiyama Sr., father of the current president had been a swordsmith in Tokyo. Today, the traditional master skill of the steel work is predominantly present in manufacturing of our steel products such as automated steric warehouse rack or motor pool palette. Especially in the auto warehouse rack, we attain 60% of the domestic market share as the quality of it is highly regarded internationally.

Allowable size is < 2.4m (H) x 1.4m (W) x 12.0m (L) >, allowable weight is <2t>. Compared to conventional method, the surface is stiffer, more durable, having uniform film and beautiful finish. Having minimum odor, thus, ideal for use in a clean room. Our coating facility is the largest in Japan; large products previous thought impossible to power coat can now be coated in power baking finish instead of plating, giving extra choice in surface finishing.
