Allowable size is < 2.4m (H) x 1.4m (W) x 12.0m (L) >, allowable weight is <2t>. Compared to conventional method, the surface is stiffer, more durable, having uniform film and beautiful finish. Having minimum odor, thus, ideal for use in a clean room. Our coating facility is the largest in Japan; large products previous thought impossible to power coat can now be coated in power baking finish instead of plating, giving extra choice in surface finishing.
At Sugiyama, we do both power coating and liquid coating. Our powder coating facility is one of the largest in Japan.
Powder coating is a painting method in which powder paint is adhered and welded in an incinerator. There are certain merits in this method compared to conventional painting (using liquid paint and dry naturally).
